About Diana
Diana founded Vance & Associates in 1992 after returning to California from the UK where she had worked for 8 years at Saatchi & Saatchi as an Account Planner. That influence brings a unique moderating and reporting style – part English curiosity and part California laid-back, part American speed and focus, with an English sensibility for the nuances. And her Psychology degree is very useful in understanding the difference between what people say and what they mean…

 

But she’s more than a moderator... Having started her career at a full-service research agency, she is equally comfortable writing questionnaires for online surveys, or scouring data tables to find useful and interesting nuggets of information.

 

When she’s not working, she enjoys a good meal out followed by theatre, symphony or a jazz concert. Thanksgiving is her favorite holiday, which she frequently caters for 20+ guests.




About Jonathan

Jonathan was born in London and holds tight to his English roots despite having moved to California when he was 2. He travels back to England every few years and thinks he might one day move back. He lives in California, with his wife, 2 young children and their Husky, where he enjoys hiking on the weekends as well as playing video games with his brother and friends. He likes kicking back after a long day with a glass of Scotch or a Napa wine and watching a show.

 

Jonathan has been working on and off for the family business for the last 9 years but is now full-time. He brings his experience in interviewing from his time as a Recruiter and Recruiting Manager, his analysis and reporting skills from his experience as an Operations Manager, and the ability to understand the difference between what people mean and what they say from his Psychology degree.  Jonathan is currently studying for his MBA at the University of London.
